Directors Port is a 50/50 blend of 1975 and younger wines. Amber/brown, with coffee and licorice aromas. A slightly dryer port, showing chocolate, butterscotch, and sweet spice on the palate. The only double gold in the port category at the 2005 San Francisco International Wine Competition.
