This whiskey pays homage to the grain Rye, its name infact the Latin word for the rye grain. With 95% rye and 5% barley in the grain bill and the rye portion a 50-50 blend of malted and unmalted grain delivering a balanced whisky with stewed fig, peppercorn and baking spices abound.
