A limited edition bottling handcrafted at the Thomson Whisky distillery. 100% NZ malted barley, smoked with South island peat, and matured in a local Pinot Noir cask.

Nose | candied prunes and vanilla with rich Peat smoke.

Palate | jammy stone fruit, developing into blood orange and barley sugars. Smoke enveloping the finish.
