The rock samphire is foraged from rocks on Guernsey’s coastline and the pink grapefruit flavour comes from the pink grapefruit peel. These, together with a host of botanicals including Juniper, Coriander Seed, Pink Peppercorn, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Lavender, Cubeb Pepper, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel and Cassia Bark, make this a wonderfully aromatic Gin.
