This 7 year old Port Charlotte from Bruichladdich is like no other they have released. A peated single malt exclusively using Scottish Barley has been matured in first fill bourbon and second fill wine casks before being combined combined and matured for an extra year in the finest French oak from the Bordeaux left bank.

A breakfast ensemble of red fruits, blueberries and burnt bacon on top of buttered pancakes and drizzled with maple syrup and a touch of sea salt.
