Inchgower

Gordon & Macphail 2007 / 2016 (1x700ml)

The Inchgower distillery lies at the mouth of the Spey river, on the northern shore of Scotland near Buckie. This particular release comes from casks filled in 2007 at Inchgower, and were matured until their selection and bottling in 2016. The nose gives off a very intriguing aroma of beeswax and clotted cream, moving to summer berries and an edge of charred oak. A whisky of great texture and mouthfeel.
