The latest in the Extreme range from Plantation is this 22 year old Rum from Long Pond distillery in Jamaica. This is one of two in the release, with the two bottles showing off the Jamaican ester marques. This is the ITP marque version which starts off at considerably lower ester levels than the HJC version which will be the heavier version. The ester levels further rising with extended time in ex bourbon barrels before it is finished in Ferrand Cognac casks. Bottled at natural strength and no dosage.
