Secale, the Latin name for the rye grain, is a Rye Whiskey with a mash bill of 95% Ryte and 5% barley. The Rye proponent is 50-50 malted and unmalted Rye giving a balance to the whiskey with its cereal and spice character. Green peppercorn, spice, orange peel and floral.
