The Appleton Estate Hearts Collection is a trio of Jamaican rum, made in a collaboration between Appleton Estate and Luca Gargano of Velier. This collection includes a 1999, 1995 and 1994 vintage rum, showing off the distilleries range of flavours. Characters o herbaceous, savoury character with hints of coffee, orange rind, plum, brown sugar and tobacco leaf.
