Nestled along the coast of northern Scotland in Sandend Bay, this once dormant distillery has been revived and with it the discovery of a rare collection of vintage casks. This latest collection marks Batch 3 in Glenglassaugh’s rare cask releases, each cask distilled between 1965 and 1986 providing a rare glimpse into the history of Glenglassaugh.

Polished red wood in appearance, this malt delivers aromas of gentle cedar wood, honeycomb and red summer fruits with a hint of rich marmalade. The palate shows fresh red grape, a dusting of muscovado sugar and delicate orange blossom.
